David Ornstein: Arsenal have agreed a fee with West Ham to sign Declan Rice. #AFC made £100m + £5m add-ons offer for 24yo England midfielder last night & that has been accepted.

I hope that people understand that the money paid for Rice isn't going to directly translate to his performance. There's a lot of factor in play here such as West Ham not needing to sell, Man City inflating the price, etc.

Through thick and thin we need to back him because the talent is clearly there ❤️
