The fact we're almost around the same amount of sugar intake as 1970 yet Obesity is far worse now than it used to be speaks to this being a sugar issue as much as it is an FDA issue overall.

Peaking at 160 pounds per person. So people were eating their weight in sugar each year. It can’t possibly be sustainable.
