Why post 3 variations on the same meme in such a short window of time? Is it because the UnpopularOpinion community didn't care for your weird post about only being able to like things that ultimately increase one's chances of procreation?
Smaller dogs tend to live a lot longer than big dogs. It's not rare to see a 10-20lb dog live for 15-20 years. Illnesses are kind of too broad to make sense here. Besides genetic defeats, there's a bunch of illnesses that plague different breeds of dogs and different sizes.
