Not sure if any of those are possible at this point.

I really don't think bringing in another manager makes sense without fixing the structure.

Maybe Ten Hag isn't the right one, fine whatever. But who would be??? Without a plan starting from the top we don't have any real criteria to pick another manager. Ten Hag or not, we need real direction.
