This album is also an all time favourite of mine.
Sadly you are absolut right about the frontman and my hope about a second part is also minimal. But this hope will not die! ^^

It has to be one of my most favourite albums ever.
However the frontman is the delusion of grandeur incarnate. I wouldn't trust we have Time II anyday soon, if ever.
