Federation with lemmy.world broken?

This post has 11 comments on lemmy.world right now

https://lemmy.world/post/788282

but I can only see 2 of them when I'm browsing from tchncs

Upvotes are also different. Is there something broken in the federation with lemmy.world?

Update: It looks like it stopped federating right after I commented on the post.

Update 2: It's not only lemmy.world. One of my posts in a community on feddit.de never showed up there.

Update 3: feddit and lemmyworld are still on 0.17.4, while tchncs is on 0.18.0

I have once watched a total delay of about 45min of a thread syncing ... however there are some active discussions around that topic, such as here.

lemmy.world is basically living in a bubble at the moment, because they are not able to keep up with pushing/publishing their local changes (votes, comments, posts) to the fediverse.

It's on their end: https://lemmy.world/post/758291

And https://lemmy.world/post/15786 talks about it tersely under "Other Issues." See also https://lemmy.world/post/744421.

The instances under heavy load are not super reliable. Older versions of Lemmy make that worse.

Yeah, I just noticed feddit and lemmyworld are still on 0.17.4
