You're not the only one != you're not alone.

There are plenty of people going through the same stuff alone

not alone in a different sense, in the sense that you're connected to everyone else who has lived through this experience

Perhaps hilariously, if I weren't going through it alone, I wouldn't be going through it at all.

But whoever wrote the original image gets points for trying, I guess. Even if the points don't buy anything.
