I'm so devastated. I use pocket for 80% of my reading on Kobo. Developed a bedtime routine around it too. So unfair to Kobo, too. This was one of their best selling points.

Yes but not integrated into eReaders. Although I am seeing some mention of a hack on GitHub for an open source alternative

You can still use Calibre to fetch and sync pocket articles to your Kobo I believe. Not as comfy as the native solution but what can you do.
