Reminds me of a DS game called “Professor Layton”, where there was a fantastical “witch” lady who lived in little small hut inside a huge clock tower for no reason.
This sub (is that the right term here?) has a rule that you have to post something before you leave, so everyone just seems to post a random pic w the title "Rule"

It's a reference to a reddit community - basically you're supposed to post a meme if you visit the community. R/196 is the original community.
