Sriracha sauce is selling for as much as $120 amid prolonged shortage

What isn't mentioned is that Huy Fong Foods decided to hold out on their pepper supplier to try to get a cheaper rate, culminating in ruining a 30-year partnership. They got sued and lost. Now they have to use peppers from other suppliers, changing the taste profile of Sriracha.

The original supplier of the peppers now sells their own Sriracha that is supposed to taste like the original.

So, I guess I have never tasted the original Cock sauce. All we have is Flying Goose Brand. Are there any actual differences between the taste of these sauces?
