Ankake yakisoba (fried noodles with thick sauce) and an omelette on top!

Greetings again, I learned about this dish while watching a Japanese restaurant cook meals for their patrons on YouTube. I thought the fried noodle plate looked cool so I thought lemme try that. I didn't even know the name of the dish, had to look around a bit until I found it lol.
