Sometimes. I generally only like it if it puts enough pressure on the prostate. Small stuff generally doesn't do much for me. Interestingly, I think the empty feeling after taking things out feels the best.

Hell yeah. I generally prefer knots/plugs instead of anything long though. I'm probably just doing it wrong but those don't feel great to me.
