I have played for years on the PS VR and now the PS VR2 but I've never been able to bridge the gap from expert to expert+. I can somewhat reliably get an A or S in expert and if I play online I'm usually the surgeon I think it is, denoting accuracy. Any advice?

What do you think your main obstacle is with E+? The speed or pattern complexity?

Probably the speed. It the same track(s) was slowed I'd be able to play it I think.
What is a good track to transition on? Like the easiest e+ song?

Breezer is probably one of the easiest songs on E+, it was my first E+ song

Have you tried practice mode? Slow E+ sounds down to a comfortable pace a slowly work your way back up to 100% speed

Yeah it's a pretty common way to get comfortable with harder levels. I use it something's for building muscle memory for complex patterns.
