Bacon and blue cheese with a bit of mayo and mustard! I pressed a bunch of patties and froze them last week, and just cooked the beef from frozen. Tasted great!

Hey I remember you mentioning freezing these burgers! Blue cheese is so good. I might have to make some burgers now...
