Democrats attempt to keep parts of HH alive after it fails in a vote

HH failed because it included too much and didn't benefit the normal citizen. TABOR is also more than the tax cut would have been each year.

Rather than getting to know why it was voted down they are assuming why and taking matters into their own hands.

To me it feels like a "We know what's best for you" situation.
