Kbin Better Page Navigation Bar

i took @minnieo's page navigation userstyle and converted it to a more generic userscript which should work with any kbin theme (and not just dark -- no need to modify any script vars).

This userscript was cobbled together digging into other's userscripts.. so hopefully is devoid of any side-effects.
