Best thing to do with a ton of coconut oil and cheap flower?

I have like 4 lbs of coconut oil what edible am I making with these $20 dispensary ounces? Just straight oil for cooking, should I do chocolate bars, should I make cakes?

Using agar agar instead of gelatin makes it vegan :)
