Muzzle velocity of 1000m/s.
The bullet slows, so we're looking at something like 4 seconds to hit the target.
At that range, that's a drop of (9.8*4) 40ish meters.
That's a medium tall building.

From the video of the shot, the delay seems even slightly bigger. Yes, this sniper must be good at math.
