Yep.

This used to be the Park Hotel in Spring Hill. We've now bought it - it will be used as accommodation for people at risk of homelessness. A fantastic solution to make greater use of under-utilised spaces now. Jonty Bush - Member for Cooper

They’d previously leased it, but buying it outright probably a better long term solution.
