Are you saying you have never had leftover spaghetti, fried it in a pan, and made a sandwich out of it? I'm being basic, my BIL told me his aunt would take a whole loaf of bread, add garlic butter, stuff it with fried spaghetti, and cover it with cheese. Then she would wrap it up in foil and put it in the oven.
