src-eng android. Skyline stopped development. There is yuzu for android, but that is currently in beta state. Also, source ports are generally more performant than emulation.

The unofficial source port is the better option, like povajlauncher it's the PC version and has more options.

The screng version is best. Easily changeable touch controls and the fact that it's a port and not emulation is better than skyline (which has been discontinued) or yuzu (which is still in early development).
