Interesting article. I spend a lot of time in Marinette county and Iron Mountain. I was un aware of the disparity.

Wisco is doing some things right, that’s for sure. That said, I still want to be in the yoop. Superior is a tremendous resource and I’m going to want to be near it in the next fifty years.

I grew up and spent the first 25 years of my life in Marinette, my partner is from across the river in Menominee. The differences between the two towns is crazy - Menominee can’t attract new businesses to save its life. It only gets worse the farther north you go.
