Yes, the guy is an egomaniac but it's a really high tech car with great engineering to be fair. There are lots of smart people working for Tesla and they do great things there.
Saying that, some of the choices they have made are deal breakers for me e.g. yoke steering wheel, no stalks, no RHD (but I can't afford S or X anyway!)

I cannot fathom how anyone can buy one of these vehicles in the first place knowing everything we know about these companies and the person in charge.
