What are some Folk Metal Bands, Albums, Songs, and/or Compilations someone getting into Folk Metal needs to hear?

Checking out this community and I hear some pretty cool bands here. I only really followed Eluveitie and know quite a bit from them. I'm interested in checking out lots of others. My particular favorite kinds of metal are power, prog, and symphonic.
