I am curious as to why anything from lemmy.ml requires approval. And I can't make any comments on threads from that instance.
Didn't seem to have that problem with other instances.

It might be related to the software update - they are running 0.18.0, and lemmy.world is still running 0.17.4 because 0.18.0 doesn't have CAPTCHA support.
