Housekeeping

• This is the last devstream this year, and the last devstream before Whispers in the Walls releases in December
• Today's Twitch drop are 2 Umbra Formas!
• There's also a giveaway of a HyperX headset with a Whispers in the Walls display
• Snowday Showdown is coming back with this year's Tennobaum
• The Heirloom collection will leave the shop at the end of the year
• November 29th will bring the next Nightwave, with some new armor(for Kubrows and Kavats too!)
• Watch The Game Awards on Twitch to unlock Sevagoth!
• The following showcase will be spoiler-free

Story Skip

• Story Skip is no longer happening as announced in the previous devstream, instead:
  • Mastery rank will be decoupled from story quests. No more waiting at least 5 days until you can progress in the story.
  • There will be an interactive story recap players can access on the web and in-game
  • There will be a "Level Pack" with enough content to get to Mastery Rank 5

Qorvex, the concrete frame

• Coming with Whispers in the Walls!
• He who breathes with his head
• His favorite archgun, the Mandonel
• His 1 places concrete pylons that slow enemies and apply radiation (this is his Helminth ability!)
• His 2 squishes enemies in front of him between two concrete walls
• His 3 gives his whole team limited charges of status immunity
• His 4 fires a chest laser

Tennokai

• Coming with Whispers in the Walls!
• Tennokai can be enabled by placing a specific Exilus mod on a melee weapon
• On melee hit, there is a chance for an opportunity to trigger a Heavy Attack without consuming your combo counter
• There will be melee weapon arcanes

New gamemodes

• Also coming with Whispers in the Walls!
• Alchemy:
  • Endless mission type
  • Fuse together basic elements in the crushhhible to create combined elements
• Netracells (Not-Orokin vaults):
  • You'll be picking up keyglyphs with debuffs to search for hidden Netracells
• Assassination with a twist:
  • You won't be to able to just shoot once and walk out of this assassination

New Archon Shards

• Archon shards can be combined into new shards with new bonuses
• The Vaults of Entrati will have a new source of Archon shards

Clan event: Gargoyle's Cry

• No leaderboards, but instead a communal goal that unlocks the Gargoyle's Cry signa for everyone!

Arcane Dissolution

• When you finish Whispers in the Walls, there will be an NPC offering to dissolve arcanes for a new resource that can be traded for other arcanes
  • essentially an alternative take to transmutation for your spare arcanes!

Tome weapons

• New tome-exclusive mods that distinguish them from other secondaries
• Several Grimoire skins coming! Among them:
  • A fantasy skin
  • A sci-fi skin

Gauss Prime

• Comes with the Acceltra Prime, Akarius Prime, and prime accessories!
• A floof and noggle too!
• Look at those ears!

Warframe Mobile

• The closed iOS beta will be sunset
• It will not be launching with Crosssave
• Opt in to be notified about Warframe on Android here: https://www.warframe.com/android

Crossave

• Believe it or not, it's coming with Whispers in the Walls!
• Rolling out in phases, a "drip-gate" if you will
  • starting with Founders
• Cross-platform trading included!
• Accounts on different platforms can be linked or merged
  • Linking means accounts share progress
  • Merging is a one-time process that can bring e.g. your PS4 progress over to PC
    • Some items cannot be merged onto another platform
    • Any account created before this stream started will be eligible for a one-time merge
  • Tennogen will be transferred with the one-time merge, afterwards each Tennogen item can only be used on the platform it was purchased on

Everyone is going to hate seeing the new Q warframe in defense missions.

Maybe its too soon to celebrate since the update isn't out yet but they seem to plan and follow the release schedule really well nowadays! It's nice to have a more steady stream of updates, war within and duviri must have been very messy.

Quorvix's subsume seems like it might just be a better version of nyxs chaos if it has sufficient range.

Really good devstream! December 7th is sooner than I expected the update to come. Finally a use for all those blue Archon Shards I have laying around! Same for the Arcane Disso-thingy, anyone who does Steel Path on the regular has piles of useless arcanes gathering dust. Melee buffs are pretty necessary, Glaive Prime fills the melee slot in every single one of my loadouts just because it's the only melee that can compete with my guns. Qorvex's kit feels strange? It feels somewhat redundant to have both his pillars and his 2 to apply radiation with just to capitalize on his 4, especially if his passive also gives your weapons guaranteed rad procs as well. Hope there is a bit more synergy there by the time he releases. He does look really cool at least!
