I get where you're coming from, but honestly using intelligence to systematically manipulate electorates all over the world is literally a PsyOp.
Actually come to think of it, it's exactly this kind of algorithmic conditioning that has really propagated a lot of those conspiracy theories in recent years.
Haven't used google search in ages. Also use ublock origin to block all trackers on mobile and PC.
Haven't seen a targeted ad yet or to be accurate haven't seen an ad in the past 4-5 years.
