Website is brand new. Lemmy is fairly new and I've been learning a lot over the last couple weeks after the Reddit purge.

Im wondering if you can change your instances usernames. I chose the same for most, but realize that my privacy is kinda important, especially on some instances. I know I can change my shown name on Jerboa (android) but I don't think it changes the url.
Should I delete the account/create another one or is there a way?

Ah yeah, I'm not sure there is another way. Not one I've seen unfortunately. I'm planning on actually developing for Lemmy soon, since I have Rust experience, but haven't yet done too much deep dive into the code.
There is a way I could probably change your username in the database, but who knows what issues that could potentially cause.
