Memmy is going to get big, right? I’d ❤️some way of recognizing the OG team of feedback peeps as we all do our part to grow the fediverse together.
Maybe a colored username, a la the purple u/iamthatis. Maybe a little Memmy icon next to the user name. Maybe something else?!
What do you think? Ideas?

Is there currently any concept of flair in Lemmy, or are you suggesting a separate database the app draws on for that?

I don’t think there’s a concept of flair, yet at least.
When this idea popped into my head, a DB was the first thing that came to mind, but I’m not a back end developer and am not sure if there’s some other clever way to implement such a feature.
Some other idle thoughts..
How would this even be seeded? Instead of Memmy footing the bill for storage, should be in a Locally stored, encrypted db? It shouldn’t grow, given the scope, right?
