Since the Chargers drafted Justin Herbert in 2020, they are 30-30. In those 60 games, the Chargers have scored 1,508 points and given up 1,507 points.

When reached for comment, Mr. Herbert said "all I know is my gut says maybe".

I know it's not a situation unique to the Chargers, but since drafting Herbert how many games have they had their QB1, RB1, WR1, or WR2 injured?

Chargers are the best argument for legit curses in the NFL. Even like the Bills Drought era ended when they got a franchise QB.
Chargers went from franchise QB to franchise QB, building what seems like stacked team after stacked team, and they never seem even particularly close to a Super Bowl.
There was that one season the Chargers had the number 1 offense and number 1 defense and didn't make the playoffs. Peak Chargers. Destined for hopeful Octobers and sad Januarys forever.
