This past season was the first with my own gear. After a bunch of research I took a chance on the Salomon QST 98s and ended up really liking them. They're great on groomers, trees, and powder. Had some trouble with chop though. My buddy on the 106s was having a much easier time.

Love those skis. Bought them accidentally. I have been amazed at how easy they are to ski. Good in bumps, too. And light!
