I mean. I like Bane, but I wouldn't have suspected he'd get a max extension. I feel like the market would've dictated 4 years - $130ish, but maybe I'm wrong.

if he played for the Lakers he would be at minimum a perennial fringe all-star and no one would bat an eye at this number. playing for the Grizz he probably won't make too many all-star games, but he is really really good and still improving

To call Bane a "3&D" player, uh yeah, he's a hell of a lot more than that, he isn't Robert Covington ffs. Grizzlies fans are very happy to have him on the books for the next 6 years 😀
