Did see him in Blue Bloods 2 episodes ago. For the dutch viewers he looks like Dries Roelvink.

He played the father, Dr. Andy Brown in Everwood. He also stared in the movie version of the musical of Hair from 1979. Dead Heat from 1988 is a fun action comedy horror. He also starred in Prince of the City (1981) about a detective investigating police corruption. He's in other things, but that's what I remember him from best.
