It’s more interesting in Russia because it’s top level oligarchs and execs that seem to be doing the falling. That’s the equivalent of Bezos or the CEO of Exxon taking a header out the window.
This is not normal.

Not sure if it's the same in Russia but VP and Associate VP (AVP) positions are actually quite junior in many banks. In a few of the London-based ones it's quite hard to find middle managers who aren't at that level.
