So many posts, so little subscribers?

This community has a large amount of posts but only 17 subscribers. How come?

A known issue with Lemmy, is that sometimes the sub-count only shows the number of people from your instance that are subscribed to the community, as opposed the actual number of people subscribed.

I only see 4 subscribers, when I go to https://selfhosted.forum/c/homenetworking I see 91.

Also, I am not subscribed here. I just sort by new.
