I've checked apex dev's bug tracker.
they say they're investigating a stuttering bug
that only happens 165 fps or above.
I'm currently playing with 135 fps, but this keeps happening on me.
Am I facing a different issue from the one on the tracker?

Has anything in your setup changed recently? If not, then it may be on the game's end of things unfortunately. If you've tried some of the regular trial & error (e.g. shut down & reboot, if on Steam, verifying integrity of game files, etc.), then I'm not sure of what else to try.
Hopefully by commenting this bumps this a little and nets you some replies that may offer more insight/advice. Best of luck!
