You get a very similar effect if you go outside at night and hold a light up at your eye level, except it’s reflecting off the eyes of all the spiders around.

Fun fact: a group of ragdoll cats is called a kerfluffle.
If you look closely, looks like there's one white raccoon who wanted to blend in with the rest of the cats. Maybe a tanuki?
