They managed to emulate the PS3 with its almost infamous CPU so this should be no problem for them.

Yeah, ps4 is from 2013. 10 years should be enough for CPUs/GPUs to emulate it decently.

And it's x86-64 architecture so it should be a little bit simpler/faster to emulate.
