Not sorry to hear Bunting, Holl sign elsewhere. Sad to see O'Reilly, Acciari, Schenn signing elsewhere, but I didn't think we could afford them anyway. Looking forward to training camp I guess?
Would have liked to see accari and schenn come back, but it was almost expected that the rest of them would be gone. Trelivings two "major" signings today, Reeves and Klingberg have some major question marks about them. Between this and the reach in the draft I am not sure I am on board with trelivings vision lol
while i agree with your sentiment, part of the contingency of calgary allow us to to speak with treliving was that he would have no input on the draft this year.
i suppose there’s no way to prove or police that, so who knows
That's a fair point, even if he was at the table, all of the Leafs scouting reports and recommendations would have been set already, so I shouldn't judge him too much on the Cowan pick, course if it works out that also means he gets no credit lol
