You could try starting with a team from Argentina and try to win the Copa Libertadores and the Club World Cup. I've never gotten around doing that, but definitely is on my list!
Unemployed, and my first job actually ended up being Hong Kong's national team manager cuz that's my nationality; ended up going from Southern District -> Machine Sazi -> Al-Sadd where I won the AFC CL, then moved to Africa with SCC Mohammedia for it, then Santos Laguna, Independiente, and finally Arsenal.
