Looks like Araneus diadematus to me. They have a white cross on their abdomen like the one on your photo. Cool spiders (they’re all cool :)

Yep, definitly Araneus diadematus. Very common and great to have around your house.
They also have quite a broad range of colours.

Araneus andrewsi is only found on the west coast. Should be the more common Araneus diadematus.
