How did you achieve the blur on the left and right while leaving the center focused?

Sorry just seen this reply.

Its a lensbaby tilt shift lens (edge) you can alter the focal plane direction and with aperture the width of the focal plane.

You can also get very similar effect in photoshop/lightroom.

I've been enjoying experimenting with an arty manual lens!
