Exactly! The "before you leave" part sums it up. Openers can just dip at 1 or 2 or whenever their shifts are over. I can't leave until everything is done, regardless of when I am "supposed" to leave.

Anyone who has closed should understand. Anyone who hasn't can fuck themselves with the dirty dish until they have, or understand the feeling.
