Why only iCloud.? It isn’t much easier to move from google to iCloud.

it's not only icloud it's a law that would apply to any cloud service but that doesn't sound click baity enough

Yeah, I get they're writing from an Apple-focused perspective, but it does make it sound like the EU is targeting them specifically lol

They keep it up long enough and Apple will just pull out of the EU. I understand they make a fuck ton of money from all the customers there , but at a point I have a feeling they won’t be willing to compromise their product further.

Apple Photos has one of the most convoluted libraries of any Photo DAM so this seems like a good call.
