[CPU] Intel Core i7-12700K - $242.51

Picked up the KF a week ago. Slotted into the old 12400 spot and booted up just fine. Ran minimal benchmarks. Have it with an A770 LE on a 4K tv in the livingroom. Will put it through it's paces this weekend.
