New homepage layout

Was working on a new layout for the homepage of BeyondCombustion.net to pull that away from the wiki and be more user friendly.

This is a very rough first version, but it's also live right now :-) So I'd appreciate any feedback. It's pretty customizable as it's based on the Homer dashboard.
