It is a great feature. I’m subbed to a lot of communities so I’m hoping for the ability to pin or favorite some to the top, or reorder the list arbitrary, but of course I’m happy with the app improvements as they come!

Same here. Once traffic volume cranks up even more my pattern is to look at dedicated channels.
