Yeah, it does look that way. I wonder if the cat sees humans doing crunches and thinks that they're trying to lick their chests. Also, is that a second cat or a small dog there at the end?
I mean, if the people doing them are also licking their chest hair they might.. 😂 (seriously - I have no idea, maybe? Who knows.. And yeah, it is another cat at the end, looks like they might have lost a bit of their tail)

That cat looks healthy enough to me. my guess is it thinks it will be rewarded with food but it could be anything with cats.

Why would a cat be rewarded with food for cleaning its chest? This is just regular cat grooming. Cats do this daily.
