Best walking paths in Eugene?

I'm a pretty avid morning walker, and spend about an hour every morning in Amazon Park (where I took this picture of surprise deer).

What are the other great places to take a brisk stroll for exercise, in case I feel like mixing it up a bit?

I like Golden Gardens, partially be ause I'm closer to it than most other places. It might be too short of a walk for you, though. Nice ponds, lots of birds, and the scent of cottonwoods perfuming the air.

Sounds nice, honestly. And it doesn't have to be a long walk, if I can walk around in loops.

Oh that's cool! I'm always partial to hills, so my favorites are Wild Iris, Blanton and Hendricks. Alton Baker and the river paths. Dorris Ranch is a great meander and Mt Pisgah of course. I feel like I'm saying all the obvious things. I'm curious what other people are thinking of.

Ooooh, Hendricks is a good idea. Especially this time of year, it's lovely.
