The Jolt synergy with Arc subclasses is pretty great and a lot of people don't farm raids. I feel like nightfalls are much easier for most players. I think if you just want raw ad-clear Forbearance is better, but if you want to create an Arc build around your GL Undercurrent is better.

Double loot this week too. Although I’m not sure how useful Undercurrent will be when Forbearance exists.
